PenguWIN® Wealth is a professionally managed firm run by Sendhil Madhivathanan and Sathya Sendhil.
Sathya, a business administration graduate, started the PenguWIN venture in early 2006 by becoming an AMFI certified Mutual Fund Distributor.
Sendhil, an Electronics and Communication Engineer and an M.B.A. specializing in 
Finance and IT, was providing the necessary guidance to Sathya.
In 2014, after close to 18 years of successful tenure at various leadership positions with globally renowned IT organizations including Cognizant, Flextronics, AT&T, BaaN, TCS and Numeric, Sendhil decided to pursue his passion of Financial Planning and Wealth Management Consulting, full-time.
Sendhil, in his last stint in corporate, was a Director, leading a 1200 member ($120 M USD business) team as part of the Enterprise Application Services Group at Cognizant, Chennai, where he served for close to 15 years (since 1999).
Apart from successfully managing his own wealth, Sendhil has been advising a number of his colleagues, relatives and friends since 2003. In 2014, he decided to pursue it as a full-time profession, something that he is passionate about and preach what he has been practicing for over a decade.
Sendhil is a qualified Investment Advisor (Reg. No: INA200005265), accredited by SEBI, regulator of securities markets in India and heads the Planning and Advisory entity of PenguWIN Wealth
